The Push Fit Mast is constructed from heat-treated aluminum alloy tubular sections, designed for precise alignment and secure fitting. Each section is engineered for accurate coupling, with the base section mounted in a tilting base cup and the top section equipped with a flange for antenna installation. The complete mast assembly is manually raised from a horizontal to vertical position using a jib pole and mechanical winch system.

Once erected, the mast is anchored using guy ropes and ground stakes, ensuring stability under specified wind load conditions. Proper vertical alignment is achieved by adjusting rope tension with tighteners and confirming verticality using the included spirit level.
